There is a very sickening disease on the outbreak, its only affects females, seemingly black females, watch that it doesn’t get you ladies. It is called PHDS (Pull Her Down Syndrome), most affected “patients” are not aware they have it and when u spend lots of time with some one that has it, you might get it, as it is very infectious .
Symptoms of PHDS:
When another lady makes it big in the corporate world you ask: “I Wonder who she slept with to get this far?”
Your friend is happily married or in love you say: “She is just pulling a perfect front or She must have bewitched him to lover her the way he does”
You see a fellow colleague rocking a sizzling hot outfit u say: “It must be fake”
Your friend is growing spiritually you say: “She is after the pastor”
She throws an awesome party, which is the talk of town you say: “I can do better than that”
She goes on holiday with her hard earned money and savings you say: “She must be dating an old rich man”
These are only few of the symptoms, if you have one or more you are already infected, but there is hope for you, it’s a curable disease fortunately. Learn to be positive and compliment other women, because when you pull her down, it does not make you any better it just shows that you want to be in her shoes. Accept yourself as you are, work for things you want and celebrate with other women in their victories.
Remedies for PHDS:
Compliment (genuinely) the lady who has won employee of the quarter for two times in a row.
If she is rocking that Jimmy Choo tell her you in love with them and would die for a pair (if you would).
Smile at the woman you do not know and tell her hair looks pretty instead of saying “it aint even real Brazilian”
Be happy for your sister when she finally finds the man who adores her and loves her truly.
Share you beauty secrets with other ladies.
When she’s slimmed down don’t ask if she is “sick” compliment a sister!
Remember it takes a lot of energy and emotion to belittle someone else, when you hate someone because of what she has or is able to achieve it is because you want what she has.
